Proactive Technologies, Inc.® has continued to partner with many public and private educational institutions – career centers, community colleges, technical colleges and universities – in several states as well as private specialty training providers to meet the needs of clients or to pursue visionary projects. These projects are most successful when both parties deliver what they do best. Education/training providers offering the best, most current related technical instruction while Proactive Technologies sets-up and manages the structured on-the-job training. The data collected by Proactive Technologies, when shared with the partner provider, provides content validation of established educational resources or the basis and need to modernize. No redundancy, no conflict in training materials or approaches.

Some educational institutions, such as The Ohio State University – Alber Enterprise Center, partnered with Proactive Technologies, Inc. for over 20 years. Often partnerships mean greater access to grant funds or employer budgets, which means broader and deeper project delivery to the client employer and worker. Everyone wins!

    (Mountain Time) The philosophy behind, and development/implementation of, structured on-the-job training; the many benefits the employer can realize from the PROTECH© system of managed human resource development in more than just the training area; examples of projects across all industries, including manufacturing and manufacturing support companies. When combined with related technical instruction, this approach has been easily registered as an apprenticeship-focusing the structured on-the-job training on exactly what are the required tasks of the job. Registered or not, this approach is the most effective way to train workers to full capacity in the shortest amount of time –cutting internal costs of training while increasing worker capacity, productivity, work quality and quantity, and compliance.
