Economic Development Support

Proactive Technologies, Inc.® has used its unique approach to help companies expand in their current location, replicate jobs in other locations or help companies design workforce development programs to meet future needs. This can cut expansion or relocation costs dramatically. Concerns for the availability of skilled local labor are lessened since our programs can develop as many skilled workers as needed!

Proactive Technologies, Inc. has helped states work internationally with companies hoping to establish operations in their state by traveling to the parent company’s site, analyzing the job classifications that will be replicated, creating the structured on-the-job training programs for the Accelerated Transfer of Expertise System™ and provide job data to local workforce development offices to identify the right candidates.

We have helped manufacturers planning on exporting to register for ISO certification by setting up a training infrastructure and documentation system to meet the ISO requirements for training. Once we analyze any job classification, our PROTECH® software system will automatically generate technical documentation to meet ISO, AS (aerospace), IATF (automotive), NADCAP (aerospace) certification requirements for training and training documentation for manufacturers in those industries at a fraction of the cost of other providers.

Proactive Technologies, Inc. has a wide array of other capabilities to provide technical support to relocating or emerging companies.

(Mountain Time) The philosophy behind, and development/implementation of, structured on-the-job training; how any employer can benefit from the PROTECH© system of managed human resource development in more than just the training area; building related technical instruction/structured on-the-job training partnerships for employers in across all industries. When partnering with economic development agencies, public and private career and technical colleges and universities, this provides the most productive use of available grant funds and gives employers-employees/trainees and the project partners the biggest win for all. This model provides the lacking support needed to employers who want to easily and cost-effectively host an apprenticeship.  Approx 45 minutes.
