Proactive Technologies Inc. is extending a generous discount offer to manufacturing employers through December 15, 2016 ! - Pick one of your most challenging job classifications – Reasons might include a job classification that is very large, not well defined, driven by numerous processes, or one with high turnover due to its complexity, rapid hiring or expected high rates of retirement, a retirement that may cause you to lose that “tribal knowledge” and expertise forever;
- We will develop a Job Hierarchy for that job classification – We offer this free follow-up online session of up to 1 ½ hours with one of your subject matter experts for this specific job classification. This will allow you to evaluate PTI’s approach to structuring an on-the-job training program for your organization with a list of all the tasks that make up the training for the job (excluding additional tasks that usually will be discovered through the task analysis process). Should you choose to continue, each task will next be analyzed for the best practice procedural steps, incorporating any process documents, quality specifications, safety compliance criteria, etc. From the data, all of the support materials for a complete worker development program will be developed. PTI will manage the structured training system, collect records and report progress monthly for you, so you can focus on your business.
- Performing detailed job/task analysis (incorporating employers’ process documents, quality and safety requirements) on targeted job classification(s);
- Development of task-specific On-the-Job Training Plans and Checklists, Technical Procedures (Job-Performance Aids), and much more;
- Training of employer’s current trainers to implement structured on-the-job training using the developed materials;
- Technical support and record keeping/monthly reporting – 12 months;
- Certificate of Job Mastery™ Portfolio preparation and delivery;
- All production costs and expenses.

- Updating the previous job/task analysis (incorporating changes to employers’ process documents, quality and safety requirements) on targeted job classification(s);
- Development of updated task-specific On-the-Job Training Plans and Checklists, Technical Procedures (Job-Performance Aids), and much more;
- Training of employer’s current trainers to implement structured on-the-job training using the developed materials;
- Technical support and record keeping/monthly reporting – 12 months;
- Certificate of Job Mastery™ Portfolio preparation and delivery;
