PTI1005 – “Adding Employer-Specific Structured OJT to Your Apprenticeships”

Without well-structured and documented on-the-job training, it would not be an apprenticeship. This session covers the philosophy behind, and development/ implementation of, structured on-the-job training; how any employer can benefit from the PROTECH©® system of managed human resource development™ in more that just the training area. PTI specializes in building structured on-the-job training (built around the informal, undocumented and immeasurable on-the-job raining already in place) /related technical instruction partnerships for employers across all industries. They can become an low-investment, cost-effective, cost-efficient and highly credible apprenticeshipProactive Technologies sets-up the structured on-the-job training and provides the technical implementation support so the client can focus on business.  When partnering with economic development agencies, public and private career and technical colleges and universities, this provides the most productive use of available grant funds and gives employers-employees/trainees and the project partners the biggest win for all.
