Proactive Technologies Announces “Turnkey Project” Discount Offer is Back

After a year-and-a-half long Covid-19 break, Proactive Technologies Inc. is once again extending to employers a generous discount offer of up to 30% from January 15 to March 30th, 2023 – extended as requested by employers!

This accelerated transfer of expertise™ approach is a tremendous offer without the discount, but with it can help any employer quickly and completely train the skilled workers they need AND realize an increase in worker capacity, work quantity/quality and compliance (ISO/IATF/AS, engineering specifications and safety) while reducing the internal costs of training! New-hires and incumbent workers are driven to full job mastery and higher levels of return on worker investment (ROWI). The task-based, structured on-the-job training infrastructure is perfect for the apprenticeships; instead of marking the calendar for “time-in-job,” job-relevant tasks are mastered and documented.

Waiting on general classes or unstructured, ad hoc one-on-one training to improve performance and maximize the investment in each worker usually proves to be futile and disappointing. The Discount Offer

Proactive Technologies will work with any organization to design a project to fit their scale, specific needs and budget. Based on the size of the project, discounts will be provided through economies of scale and promotion:

• Up to 10% off for a 1 job classification project
• Up to 20% off for a 2-3 job classifications project
• Up to 30% discount 4-  job classifications project

Structured on-the-job training programs are designed through a detailed analysis of the target job classification(s)’ best practices for each task, incorporating available engineering and quality specifications and processes, and observing the client’s resident subject matter expert. This approach is designed to replicate the client’s best performers.

Project quotes include expenses and 12 months of onsite/offsite implementation technical support so clients can focus on business. Payments are spread over 12 months. This approach does not disrupt other business operations and does not require the client to dedicate staff to support it. 

The Free Briefing Session, Free follow-up Session and Turnkey Package Offers for Prospective and Returning Clients Discount Program Specifics

New Clients:
If you are interested and would be willing to schedule a brief, 45-minute live online briefing on the PROTECH© approach to worker development and how PTI would make implementing the training system easy, efficient and inexpensive for your organization, PTI is willing to schedule a free follow-up session(online or on-site) to dig deeper into what it would look like considering a job classification of importance to your firm. In which case:

1. Pick one of your most challenging job classifications – Reasons might include a job classification that is very large, not well defined, driven by numerous processes, or one with high turnover due to its complexity, rapid hiring or expected high rates of retirement (a retirement that may cause you to lose that “tribal knowledge” and expertise forever);

2. Proactive Technologies will develop a Job Hierarchy for that job classification – This free follow-up online session of up to 1 ½ hours for PTI and one of your “subject matter experts” for the specific job classification you select, will allow you to evaluate PTI’s approach to structuring the on-the-job training program for your organization with a list of all of the tasks that make up the job (excluding additional tasks that usually will be discovered through the task analysis process). Should you choose to continue with a project, each task will next be analyzed for the best practice procedural steps, incorporating any process documents, quality specifications, safety compliance criteria, etc. From the data, all of the support materials for a complete worker development program will be developed using PTI’s  PROTECH© system of managed human resource development software. As part of the project, Proactive Technologies will manage the structured training system, collect records and report progress monthly to you, so you can focus on your business.

3. Once project is underway, PTI will research your state’s training grant resources, create an application for your firm’s signature and manage the grant reporting if successful like so many other clients have been. Grants often offset the investment to set-up and implement a structured OJT program in large part or completely!

Returning Clients: If your organization:

  • was caught up economic upheavals such as 2008 or Covid-19 which caused you to pause your structured OJT program,
  • encountered a merger or acquisition that put the training program PTI set up for you on hold,
  • or even encountered a management change that caused a loss of institutional memory of the progress that was made,
